Meet homeowner turned renovator, John Bell, and learn how the previous host of HGTV’s World’s Greenest Homes created an energy and water efficient home in North Toronto.

Event Highlights
  • Tour a sustainable renovation with low energy and water features, ecologically sensitive materials and learn about the experience firsthand by owner John Bell, host of HGTV’s World’s Greenest Homes.
  • Meet the energy consultants and product manufacturers that assisted John in designing, selecting and sourcing the materials and equipment for his home.
  • The Bell Residence is among several projects being featured during Greenbuild. It meets the 50% energy reduction requirement of the Cross Border Builders Challenge, supported by Enbridge Gas Distribution. Learn how your project might participate and how you can meet the Cross Border Builders Challenge.
  • Enjoy refreshments and hor d’ouerves among a network of sustainable residential leaders – renovators, production & custom builders, educators and manufacturers.
